Exercise is complex because it is integrally tied to our physical, psychological, and spiritual well being. Foundations of Exercise Psychology first introduces and defines exercise psychology and what it means to be an exercise psychologist, then presents the quality of life issues and dilemmas of physically active and inactive individuals.
