Ingo Seidelmeier

Dr. Ingo Seidelmeier is an assistant professor and expert in the field of quality- and project management in sports with the Institute for Sport Science at the University AF Munich. He graduated in sport science and pedagogy at the University AF Munich and was trained as an officer in the Federal Armed Forces in Germany for twelve years. In 2006 he earned his PhD with a thesis based on studies and the implementation of quality management systems at elite schools.

From 2006 to 2009 he was in a manager position at ASPIRE academy for sports excellence in Doha, Qatar and responsible for the Champions Education Program and the Boarding School. From 2000 to 2006 he served in the senior management of the Ski Gymnasium in Germany and took responsibility for the implementation of a quality management system. This school was the first elite school of sport getting an ISO 9001 certification. Also he is educated and accredited in project management of the International Project Management Association (IPMA) and quality management by the German Association of Quality Management (DGQ) on a senior level.
